User [email protected] complained about a blank screen after login on the iPad app yesterday. I have restarted the device, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, updated the OS, and this morning he's still seeing the problem.
Also, this morning, one other user has the same problem, [email protected]. He's at a different site so i can't confirm his issue, but it sounds very similar to what I'm seeing firsthand here.
Is it possible the app is having trouble connecting to the backend? I saw there were some changes to the system late last week.

The app should open to the home page after login.

New user setup, attempted to assign a user to a yard. Some yards are not yet set up in the list.

The complete yard list: Duarte North; Duarte South; Broadway; Rush; Mecca; Fillmore; Piru; Via Real; Casitas Pass. In the current list, the "San Gabriel" yard would be replaced by Duarte North and Duarte South. The "Carpinteria Yard" is replaced by Via Real and Casitas Pass.

User Chris Janda ([email protected]) registered as a new user on the web app, and this process appears to have completed successfully. He has been able to subsequently log in and use the app. However, I don't see him listed under Manage Users in the web app.

I should see all registered users for both the web app and the iOS app in the Manage Users screen, correct?

Also, can the test user accounts be deleted from this screen?

1. Add photos to cart.
2. Go to cart (normansnursery.app/cart).
3. Refresh the browser windows.
4. Page goes blank/completely white.
5. Manually navigate to normansnursery.app/home - notice that the cart is empty. Also notice that the add to cart buttons on the photos are missing (screenshot attached).

Once photos are added to the cart, they should stay there until removed by the user, right?

Just some feedback: taking a photo is awkward because we only have half the device screen to capture the image (see attached). That means the photo taker needs to stand very far back to get the entire image. Can we minimize the panel that shows up on the bottom half of the screen? That would allow the photo taker to capture the entire image w/o standing so far back.

Provide the option to minimize the lower panel so that we can capture the entire image.

The notes field is a required field, but should be optional

The 'Add 1 Photos to Library' button should be available when the notes field is blank.

The tagged text is very small in relation to the whole image. Can that text area be expanded to cover a larger area and larger text? Also, can that box be appended to the bottom of the photo, rather than overlaid on top of the image?

Text should be larger in relation to the image.

I take a photo and get the following error message after clicking the shutter button: "Alert. Number of photos has exceeded the max number of photos that can be uploaded. Please remove some photos then try again."

What is the max limit? Is it per device or user or for the whole team?

At the Add A Plant Image screen, select a plant, yard, and size. Clicking in the Notes field will bring up the keyboard, but how do you collapse the keyboard when you're done entering notes? I'm unable to move forward in the process to actually take the photo because they keyboard is in the way and there's no apparent way to collapse it and/or move forward to take the photo.

The keyboard should collapse when I'm done entering notes, allowing me to continue to take the photo.
